Trefoil Gardens is a hyperlocal market farm/ foraged food purveyor, located less than 2 miles from the Downtown Woodstock Business District. We specialize in mushrooms, leafy greens, and small rootcrops, all grown with natural methods. We believe food grown and sourced locally, in season, not only protects natural resources, but tastes better and is more nutrient dense than its grocery store counterpart.
