From the Garden 3rd week of October 2020

#gardenincommunity

Hi, Neighbor!

We shared a fantastic Saturday afternoon with members of our CoOp community, rebuilding strawberry beds and sharing stories and a game or two of horseshoes at the Kingsridge Berry Patch and Orchard!
Thanks to the Mazzottas for hosting our berry patch and to Gene (dad) for hosting the orchard.
In attendance Saturday was Robin and David, Melanie and Amelia, Alex and Sarah, Melanie, Rob and Eon, Cindy, Pete, Hunter, and Gene. An enthusiastic crowd proved the old saying "many hands make light work", and we completed the daunting task in just a touch over 2 hours!
If you are interested in a deeper connection with our garden community, please drop us a note. We'd love to spend time with you in our gardens!

We have plenty of extra bare root strawberry plants in our store, and be sure to grab some onion sets to plant along with them!
Of course, we have plenty of fresh produce available too... turnips, radishes, salads, and braising, and herbs and aromatics, along with honey, tinctures, hydrosols, and balm.
Thank you for your support!!!

Thursday will be self-service pickup in the CoOp. Pop in the front shed at The Kingsridge CoOp Orchard 4-6pm for all the goodness, and Rob will be in the gardens working. He'll keep an eye out and if he sees you pull in, he'll come down, wash up, and help make sure you get what you came for.
We'll also be at Downtown Woodstock Farm.Fresh.Market. Saturday morning from 8:30-10 for pickup and till 12 for walk-up service.
Trefoil Gardens online store hours will be the same as always.
