Rainy days at Trefoil

The last couple days have been absolutely horrible. Since we (more or less) garden by the almanac, we really didn't have any planting to do, but there's always a ton of weeding and cleanup, as well as our other projects like the hoophouse and the water cisterns to keep us occupied.

These last couple days, though... the rain has just been a mess! It get us hopeful for more wild and garden mushrooms, but we really don't want to go out in the garden and do any weeding or anything else for that matter.
Planning- that's the ticket! So, we've been cleaning up our inside spaces and learning about autocad and reviewing our seed library and even helping to plan other peoples' gardens (we do that, too!)
Today, we did do a short scouting run to a favorite porcini spot and saw some pins!!! They should be ready for picking really soon. When we get them, you'll be the first to know.
